Losing weight in a healthy way is not tough, but the effort it takes will really test your patience. While you may have to go through a few new experiences in the process like sore muscles, new life style, ill fitting cloths and so on, the real PITA is the people around you. They might ask or tell you the most dumbest thing, which might even encourage you to quit working out or enrage you to kick them. Ignore them as by choosing the lesser evil, you still choose evil. Here are a few questions that you might hear while on the process,
Are you sick – This is the most frequent question that you will come across. Everybody who notices your weight loss will shoot this question before thinking twice.
You are on diet – It is possible to dig your own grave with your own fork, but that does not mean you have to starve yourself. Having a healthy balanced diet will help you in the process. But this will not stop your peer from irritating you by saying, "Are you sure, you want to eat it? You are on diet…", when you are getting ready to bite your favourite meal.
Does working out really works? – When you are tired of explaining your friends that starving is not necessary to lose weight. They will come up with a new-nerve gas to kill you by asking if working out really works. You can reply that you love being surrounded by dumb bells than by dumb people.
You looked better before losing weight – After all the time and effort you put to shed those extra pounds, a comment like this will surely push you to the verge. But who cares, celebrate your goals, keep going…because a question like that is only an assurance for your successful weight loss.
